Our team consists of qualified & empathetic professionals who are well-trained and highly experienced in counselling individuals across the globe. Synergy Marine Group partnered with Manah Wellness in 2021 with a view of keeping ships and workspaces emotionally safe. Today, we have positively impacted over 5,000 seafarers’ lives and have engaged the ashore employees with various wellbeing initiatives, mental health sensitisation training, and wellness sessions.

One of the most critical roles in the maritime industry is played by Ashore employees as they ensure support and facilitate the smooth operations of the ship that is sailing. A study conducted in 2019 observed that higher job demands are linked to increased levels of stress and reduced emotional wellbeing (Poomsawat & Na Songkhla). In order to help the ashore teams manage emotional wellbeing, and to support their colleagues and loved ones; Synergy in collaboration with Manah Wellness has initiated various engagements to ensure overall emotional health and safety!
